At Tayzen Ads, we offer a results-focused Google Ads management service on a simple monthly subscription. We’re committed to delivering outstanding value and transparent service. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below.
1. 48-Hour Full Refund Guarantee
We understand that circumstances can change. If you choose to cancel within the first 48 hours of your subscription, you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Ongoing Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after the first 48 hours, your current billing period will continue until the end of the month, and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are non-refundable beyond the initial 48-hour period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
If there has been a billing error or a clear failure to deliver agreed services, we’ll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email hello@tayzen-ads.com within 7 days of the issue arising so we can investigate and respond promptly.
4. Ad Spend
Your Google Ads budget is billed directly by Google via your own account. Tayzen does not control or process this spend and is therefore unable to offer refunds for any advertising costs paid to third-party platforms.
